7775's responsible betting tools are accessible directly from the "Responsible Gaming" section in your account settings after logging in. Each tool is described below:
Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit limit for any period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 48-hour cooling period — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive decisions in the heat of the moment.
Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break for any duration between 24 hours and 30 days. Betting and deposits will be paused during this time, but your balance remains intact. Once the period ends, your account is reactivated automatically.
Self-Exclusion: To suspend your account for anywhere between one week and permanently, submit a request to the support team — it takes effect within 2 hours. During the exclusion period, new accounts cannot be opened using the same details.
Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake per bet — for example, no more than ৳500 on a single bet — to protect yourself from a heavy loss on any one match.
Using these tools isn't a sign of weakness — it's what smart bettors do. For more information, Responsible Gaming View the page.
Some details on your 7775 account can be changed by you directly, while others require support assistance for security reasons.
You can change these yourself: After logging in, click the account icon → select "Edit Profile". From here, you can update your display name, email address, and password on your own.
Change Mobile Number: Your mobile number is linked to identity verification, so it cannot be changed directly. To bind a new number, email support@7775.world or submit a request via live chat. The support team will verify your identity (they may ask for your national ID or other documents) and typically update the number within 24–48 hours.
Full Name or Date of Birth: These details are used for identity verification, so they cannot be changed directly. If there's a typo or incorrect information, contact support — they'll verify and correct it for you.
When you request a name or number change, a verification OTP will be sent to your currently registered mobile number — the change will not go through without it.
7775's policy allows one account per person. That said, multiple accounts from the same household or IP address are not automatically prohibited — as long as each account is registered under a different individual with a unique mobile number and separate identity.
What's strictly prohibited: running two separate accounts under the same person, opening an account using someone else's details, or using a fake identity to claim bonuses more than once.
Real Example: If a father and son both want to play on 7775, it's perfectly valid — the father registers with his own mobile number and NID, and the son does the same with his own details.
Warning: The system automatically detects multiple accounts belonging to the same person. In such cases, all accounts will be closed and bonus balances may be forfeited. Play honestly with a single account.

7775 runs both weekly and monthly tournaments. Weekly tournaments kick off every Monday and close at 11:59 PM on Sunday. Monthly tournaments run from the first to the last day of the calendar month.
How to Participate: No separate registration is needed. Simply log in to 7775 and place bets — points are automatically added to any active tournaments. After logging in, visit the "Promotions" or "Tournaments" section to see ongoing events and your current ranking.
Points Calculation: Earn 1 point for every ৳100 wagered. Both Sports Betting and casino bets count. Points are awarded on winning and losing bets alike — only the amount wagered matters, not the outcome.
Rewards: Typically, the top 10–50 players receive prizes. 1st place wins bonus cash of ৳5,000 to ৳20,000; 2nd–3rd place wins ৳1,000–৳5,000; and 4th–10th place wins ৳250–৳500. Monthly tournament prizes are generally 5 times higher. Check the Promotions page for the full prize list of each tournament.
Minimum bet requirement: Only bets of ৳50 or more count toward points. Bets under ৳50 do not contribute.

- Silver: Monthly bets of ৳10,000+. Benefits: 5% weekly cashback and faster withdrawals.
- Gold: Monthly bets of ৳50,000+. Benefits: 10% cashback, higher daily withdrawal limit (৳50,000), and exclusive loaded bonuses.
- Platinum: Monthly bets of ৳2,00,000+. Benefits: 15% cashback, a dedicated account manager, and unlimited withdrawal limits.
